I recently purchased a beautiful Subaru crosstrek from Ramsey Subaru and had a great experience from start to finish. Travis provided excellent customer service, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Mike handled the closing process and was refreshingly not pushy, which is rare in my experience with car dealerships. I’ve bought multiple new cars in my lifetime and typically don’t enjoy dealership transactions, but this one was different. The entire team was professional, respectful, and made the process easy. I highly recommend Ramsey Subaru if you’re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.

My experience at Ramsey Subaru was fantastic! I pre-ordered a 2025 BRZ Series.Purple. Once it arrived, they gave me a call to come pick it up. When I got there Alex, the Sale Representative, immediately greeted me with a smile and walked me over to look at the car. I spent about 10 minutes looking it over and admiring the car. After I was done looking it over, we sat down and went over final payment and usual coverage packages. The whole process took at most 30 minutes from walking through the front doors to driving off the lot! A couple days later they messaged me to check in and see how I’m liking the car, which I appreciated a lot! Definitely 10/10 service!
